The 400 Mile Sale Across Kentucky
Sixty communities along 400 miles of historic Hwy 68-80 from Paducah and Columbus to Maysville are now coming together to plan this years 4-day sales event. This years event just keeps growing. With over 100 antique shops along the route, hundreds of yard sales setting up along the way and each community offering special events, there will be something for everyone along the 400 mile corridor. Morgan's Raid at Georgetown
All are cordially invited to attend one of the finest events in the Mid-South, located on the beautiful grounds of Cardome Centre. Many improved features for this year include a Saturday morning cavalry ride through downtown Georgetown, new battle scenarios for Saturday and Sunday, and Morgan's Grand Ball will be a Masquerade, and feature a Garden for relaxation and refreshment. Masks will be necessary for the Ball, and will be available on the grounds at the event. Other features of this event include a Ladies' Social on Saturday afternoon; Saturday night Barn Dance; night cannon firing and candlelight tours; Sutler's Row; period Church service at a local church, and a period church service on the grounds. New this Year will be Children's Games for all to enjoy. Admission to the public is free; parking is $3 per car.
