Special Art Exhibitions
The Kentucky Horse Park’s International Museum of the Horse, a Smithsonian Affiliate, and the American Saddlebred Museum, which is also located at the park, have announced their schedule of special art exhibitions for 2009: Moments of Merit: Select Pieces of Saddlebred History at the American Saddlebred Museum. This exhibition will feature highlights from the American Saddlebred Museum’s collection, an eclectic grouping of art, sculpture, photographs and memorabilia - many never before offered for public display, along with several new pieces of Saddlebred history.

Cincinnati Bengal's Training Camp Georgetown is the home of pro footballs Cincinnati Bengal's NFL Training Camp. Watch practices at the Georgetown College Athletic Complex. Aug. 5 - Evening with the BENGALS! 5:30-9 p.m., dinner 6:15-7 p.m., practice from 7-9 p. m. at the Toyota Stadium. Autographs with the team will follow. Tickets: $17.50 for adults and $10 for children 6 & under. Free parking passes will be given to all Chamber attendees. The First Annual Double Saints Festival
Sponsored by St. Francis and St. John Catholic Parish will be held on August 29 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on the new parish property (the old Double Stink Hog Farm) at the corner of Paris Pike and Newtown Road. 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games Competition Schedule Set
The Games will begin with opening ceremonies on September 25, 2010. The first weekend of competition (September 25-30) will include Reining competition and Endurance. In week two, (October 1-10) will include Jumping, Para-Dressage, Driving and Vaulting competition. The Games will end with closing ceremonies on October 10, 2010. As an added benefit, NBC Sports will extend its coverage of the 2010 Games on September 26th, adding an extra 30 minutes of Games programming. The broadcast, tentatively scheduled for noon-1:30 p.m., will feature the opening ceremonies, and highlights from the Reining and Endurance competitions.
