At the intersection of trendy and affordable is the Em + Me Boutique, a shop and concept created by a “girl boss team built on faith, family and community.” Their mission? Provide a scrumptious mix of trendy and comfy for all sizes, emphasis on quality and cute.Em and me Entry door

Em + Me Boutique’s website shares its philosophy: “We want to see every woman feel beautiful in her own skin. No matter what age or stage of life, we believe you are uniquely made and beautifully woven together.”

Owned by Emily Sevits and Melissa Miller, Em + Me Boutique has been in business for 13 years – an amazing run the two consider a feat in and of itself given the challenges small businesses face, including a pandemic. The shop has a beautiful storefront in downtown Georgetown with well-dressed and inviting display windows.

“We LOVE being on Main Street,” said Melissa. “It gives us a wonderful feeling knowing we are a part of this community and located right here in the heart of the town.”

“Seeing both locals and visitors stop in gives us an opportunity to spread kindness,” added Emily.

The shop stocks a variety of tops, bottoms, dresses and shoes, plus accessorizing jewelry, including a huge array of earrings in themed collections: Sand and Sea, Light and Lovely, Make A Statement and more.

The retail pair love connecting with women and being a support to new businesses.

“It is so nice to be at a place we can give back,” said Melissa.
